The Art of Connection
With Artist Larissa Miller and Psychotherapist Kim Honeycutt
Join artist Larissa Miller and her wife, psychotherapist Kim Honeycutt, for an interactive workshop exploring the connection between mental health, creativity, and personal growth.
Kim will introduce a mental health concept and invite you to reflect on your own experiences and story. Larissa will then guide you through a layered mixed-media art process, using collage and painting to give visual expression to what you’re discovering.
The workshop unfolds in stages, allowing time for reflection, learning, creating, and adding to your artwork as you go. You’ll explore how layers, shapes, textures, and negative space can become a visual way of expressing something meaningful from your own story.
No art experience is necessary.
Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy the entire workshop outdoors in our fenced-in area.
All materials are provided.
This workshop is designed for adults. Teens are welcome to participate with a supervising adult.
Cost: $50 per person
