What began as a vision shared by three artists has quickly grown into one of Charlotte's most vibrant creative destinations.

Since opening our doors in January 2025, Charlotte Studio Artists has welcomed more than 7,000 visitors, grown to 35 resident artists, expanded our footprint by 40%, and been honored as Charlotte's Best Art Gallery and Best Art Incubator in 2025.

Now we're looking toward the future.

We're searching for a permanent home where artists can continue creating, teaching, exhibiting, and inspiring our community for years to come.

• Accessible location with parking

• Walkable, arts-focused neighborhoods

• Long-term lease or ownership opportunities

• Space for artist studios, galleries, classrooms, and community events
